Meet Shawna...

I'm Shawna Coronado, and I want to motivate you to take control of your health and wellness. My own struggle with allergies and severe osteoarthritis has led to my seeking anti-inflammatory food plans, smart exercise techniques, and therapeutic gardening solutions for chronic pain which have changed my life forever for the positive.

When I was diagnosed in 2015 with severe degenerative osteoarthritis of the spine and was in unbearable pain, I truly faced the challenge of my life. I learned how to take care of myself so that I have less pain and more mobility through diet and exercise and I can teach you how to live this anti-inflammatory lifestyle as well. 

My dream is to help more people make a difference for themselves and their community by discovering their personal wellness. Living a healthier lifestyle is possible - let's work together to make it happen.
